Idea is good but the bonuses in the examples were overly distinctive. 50% bonuses seem rather big. But I always have liked the idea of suits meaning more. But then again this would mean a respec.

Why don't you just switch to the side arm yourself? Any option is better than a forced solution than only helps few.

I'm not sure if we should make fluxes more powerful but a cool idea nonetheless. Maybe just minimap or maybe a comms jammer. Though the comms jammer would ruin pub games.

It is too loud to hear other people talk... The first deployment is the most important one too - sometimes people need to specify spawn locations and fitting management but the loud music at the start of the game (while selecting your spawnpoint) ...
