I've noticed that the base scan precision is 40 dp and the caldari's 25% bonus will bring it down to 30dp which will detect normal scouts but the issue is not that , the issue is the fact that I have a 35% reduction to the 36dp that I'm currently ...

Hey guys , I see that the enemy races have opposite racial bonus except the minmatar and amar , the caldari gets bonus towards precision and galente gets a bonus towards to dampening , so amar has stamina and minmatar gets hacking and knife damage...

I completely disagree , do you have any idea how OP a forge gun is against a ADS ? swarms need a decent buff but the forge guns are just to nasty as they are now against ADS .I will admit they barely do anything to tanks unless you hit em' in the ...
