The amarr assault is absolutely vicious. I disagree with stacking plates on an Amarr assault though, I use two complex reps and three enhanced plate. I have about 900+ eHP, 3 complex damage mods, a Viziam Scrambler Rifle, locus grenade and Ishuko...

I don't think the Viziam is OP, but I do think it's extremely hard to defend against a Viziam in a shield tanked scout. Especially in a min scout, armor tanking doesn't help much.
