the raven suit for example is not a merc item or an event item and has had its skill requirements changed. so why no refund. i feel like i have been forced by ccp to go for caldari assault instead of trying for a different race.

recieved my (permanant) drop uplink from the collectors edition today only for it to turn out to be an individual item. i used it and died and now i have no more. the collectors edition clearly states its a permanant item. plz fix this
