Hopefully this gets fixed soon, as in today. I kinda knew something like this would happen but I decided to cap out anyway. I just hope that the people who did cap out still get the triple cap we were promised.

My bad, it doesn't boost your skill cap but it boosts the amount of skill points your earn.So instead of earning only 190,400 sp a week, your would earn 285,600 instead.
