I don't Logi but if this is true I understand why no one does anymore.
Min logistics only has 240 eHP base.
Yet is slower than basic.
eHP speed ratio doesn't apply it seems.
According to a certain CCP dev "240 eHP is fine".
Amarr has the most at 300.
It even costs the most too.

Even Rattati seems so afraid of Logis that is unwilling to give them the same treatment as the other classes.
The low eHP wouldn't bother me so much if logistics had speed and stamina with good eWAR to make up for it.
Scouts have low eHP,but high speed and stamina with fantastic eWAR.
Heavies have low speed but high eHP.
Logistics has low eHP and low speed with mediocre eWAR .
Yet equipment costs make it easily the most expensive suit in the game.
Logistics is designed to be easy prey for all other classes,which is incredibly stupid seeing as every other suit can solo effectively.
And no other classes have such arbitrary nerfs
Several things need to happen.
-Equipment costs reduction.
-Speed and stamina as well as eWAR buff. (let logis run and hide if they aren't meant to fight ffs)

Considering the slayer logi fiasco it's kind of understandable... definitely not logical but at least understandable.
