All you do is put it on the market put some sort of "time frame thingy" on it. I guess like Augmenting/ Booster stuff.
You devs will never have to waste a day EVER to go through and individually give it out again. Write a code and the QQ will be over. Way easier said than done, I knoooow.

I think just to stop the QQing I'll go with the idea of skill respec boosters which deactivate your SP income for that amount of time. This is so ridiculous that there's no reason to do it at all because you could just spec into the skill you want with the passive SP you would get in that time, but at least it would shut up the qqers.
But my personal opinion still is: Live with your choices and just spec what you want with your new SP instead of qqing. |

Well once a year, as the game always changes, a lot could happen in a year. No need to stop any skill flow though. Well if you were to use it you would have to wait another year to use it. |

On a side note it is very entertaining when someone "newer" to the respec debate steps in with what they believe to be a simple reasonable request or idea, and all of the long time "it'll crash the market!" people come out to burn it down.
It's just funny at this point. |

In Eve Online you can respec your attributes, not your SP. Attributes is something we don't even have in Dust. |

CCP needs to add some form of re-Spec system eventually. Even if you could specifically un-buy certain unneeded skills at some penalty. In a game which constantly updates there really is no threat of people chasing OP loadouts either, IMO.

I'm for respecs (I don't need them myself) up until all weapons, dropsuite, and vehicles are released. Then again I also don't mind waiting until then for one final respect either.

A game which constantly updates and a game in which you get unlimited SP. Don't see the need for a Respec system here. Eve doesn't have one and it uses the same skill system. |
