Now I cant prevent this without a redzone yet I could at least go get revenge so I don't feel like choking somebody or breaking my controller in half. The longer I play this game the more I come to the conclusion that the game designers need to listen to people or just quit trying.
We try to tell you LAVs are too beastly and you take away free ones. Big deal because a lot of ppl have one of the two free ones that you get in the packs anyhow. Why a redzone? Just to let little campin ******* hide out all day and make me lose tons of isk and I can never touch em. I cant even get to them and that's wrong. The redzone should only be your little starting area around your side of the map and if you don't leave in 1 minute from respawn then you die. Or go no redzone plz. I want to kill these KDR paddin idiots.

LAVs are so fast you cant even hardly hit them with AV grenades and they take a lot of damage. Forge guns you said the same they do need nerfed slightly. In war their is no redzone . No place to hide. Maybe your complaining about my post because you like to hide. If not you shouldn't have a problem with no redzone in Dust now should you.
Unlike you, I am flexible and effective.
I bring the right vehicle for the job and very often find myself at the front of the battle.
Whether its blaster tank/scanning at the front...
Suppressing enemy rail tanks/rail turrets from the back...
Blasting infantry apart from the sky while dropping friends on points with a dropship...
Repairing friendly infantry/vehicles shields/armor while running over enemies in an LAV...
Or peppering the field with a rainbow of uplinks...

I take WP hits when I change my strategy to deal with a problem.
You know what?
That is far better than your mindless "zerg the point" strategy.
You lack situational awareness and your inability to change to cope
with threats shows you for the weak player you are.

2nd assualt forge is OP as **** towards infantry. Not saying you can't get around it but it is an AV wepon not a bigger MD. It like swarms being able to lock on infantry( the use too).
3rd if the only way you can get a Positive KDR is spec-ing into a unkillable LAV then you might as well go back to being someone's hooker in eve. Cuase all your time will be spent QQing when they get nerfed.

I hide behind noone. I was accepted to where I am due to the merits of my ability, which sadly you lack.
You see these problems but do nothing constructive other than ***** and moan for nerfs, which is sad really when there are other ways to get around them.
You just the lack the tools necessary. Oh well, you and your empty tool box and can keep kicking around in the sand, wondering why you have lost all your ISK...

The Forge gun is not a balanced weapon.
Am I saying nerf it into oblivion? No, because it functions as intended versus tanks.
Versus infantry and dropships? Not so much.
It needs work, but not a boot.
Perhaps drop off some damage after range increments?
Perhaps cutting off some of the splash?
Remove the ability to spam shots after only 1 second charges?
Stuff like that. |
