It's a better sg if you have no points in the shotgun, the lower your points the better, because you hit better due to the fact that each level of shotgun operation tightens your spread, hence if you don't point up the sg it work as a sg is intended to work! Greater spread more damage excellent at close range!
Other sg at proficiency only work well because it allows you to shoot faster, hence the hit detection problems.
It's deceiving because the more points in the sg the worse it gets, you need operation high to open quick reload ammo an lower rof, but in doing this you lose the spread, so even tho a proto gun has more damage your optimal range decreases an you have to be way too accurate, a lot of passive skill in the game do not affect militia gear so that would mean that you still get a wider spread using a militia sg.

The gun is not worse because spread operation doesnt affect a militia weapon, but if you hit dead on with the creodon or a duvalle it's worse only because it shoots like a slug because of the operation bonus of a tight spread.
So basically your saying you can't aim!

Pay up! It shoots like a slug? Not close, it shoots like a sloppy buckshot that doesnt register have the time, and i would pay if you truly convinced me proto is better. I has plenty isks to burn.

As far as real gameplay, results do not differ, except not using proto gives me possibilities to enhance my suit, not paying you.

The militia has more spread because its a militia weapon so the only reason it works for you is because you can't aim! |
