OP you believed what CCP told you to be factual, let alone true.... how does that expression or old adage go : "there is a sucker born every second" (not a jibe as I had a few sips of the kool-aid in this Jonestown Village of cultist fanboys)
Between this and not having any sort of scope for my AR's, I am done playing this game for a long time probably.
In addition, there is no infantry only mode, LLAV & Dropships that seem immune to grenades, and no ladders to get to the truly annoying areas.
Also, hit detection and the comms, there is so much wrong that has been listed and brushed aside.
Just wait CCP will come in to some thread and say it is how it is supposed to be or some such nonsense and move on... usually under the guise of "we are working on it". IF I remember correctly they didn't even say at first that they were taking 28cpu from the advanced and 40cpu from the proto, so them making a mockery of the playerbase which has to rely on what they tell us is something that is becoming SOP with this company. |

Part of the problem is that Remnant posted the Dev Blog, and Logibro posted the 1.3 patch notes.
And this is an additional nerf on top of the others, would I have chosen this set of skills to waste 2 months worth of points on, probably not, but just like congress, this game is proving to be a lame duck more and more and it doesn't seem to matter who tells us what as it is not what is in the game.
How long does it take for someone to read this, realize they made a mistake and make some sort of statement about the situation..... this is reminding me a lot of the anthony wiener problems - can only wait to see what he does if he gets elected to be mayor of nycand has actual power over things that matter.... he must have taken the same seminar that ccp has their employees watch for how to deal with the public when they have yoke on their faces from getting egged by the people tired of the nonsense. |

That is irrelevant, why because you don't say what you were facing.... sure I can put up some decent numbers with a basic or adv level suit when my enemies are not that good, have trouble with lag, are too busy fighting an un-killable Lav or are being harrased by the other 15 players on my team not sniping from the redline.
How big of a forum outrage would there be if suddenly the other 3 races of suits were instead of 6/8, changed with no warning to 8/10. Or how about instead of a flaylock nerf they buffed the heck out of it and made the splash damage 7.2 meters? And better still buffed the LLAV to even higher levels of nonsense.
If they are doing some sort of phantom test to see if they are going to nerf the suit to these levels, fine but without telling anyone about it and remaining silent speaks volumes for the nature of community relations. (let me guess they are on another vacation)
Sure they can answer the stupid question, what beers are good from iceland, how is the weather.... as irrelevant as your statement considering they made such a big deal about the changes a few days ago, to remain silent is just disrespectful to the players and more so if they paid some sort of money to ccp for merc packs.
I wish my boss would tell their customers to just suck it up and deal with it on their own, but then people can take action against the company to correct the problem.... they can't force them to binding arbitration controlled by the people that wronged them in the first place. |

Well CCP says they don't know what the values are supposed to be and that it is going to take some time to figure it out, and that they are sorry about the delay in telling me that they have nothing more to tell me.
It is a sad day in gaming if the people making the game don't know a simple thing like what is going on here.
This is like a pinball game with 4 flippers, 1 of the 4 will randomly stop working when multi-ball is achieved, have fun. |
