Your efforts to formalize both the CPM, it's future and the processes by which it synergizes CCP's game development should be viewed as an industry best practice.

Keep up your efforts! If you can get CCP to recognize and embrace this method of doing business ( a much closer relationship with customers via a representative body ) then massively multiplayer gaming as a whole could evolve into a better product and service focused market that gives gamers what they want in a fast and effective manner.
