- Aiming Improvements - Possibility of equal turn speeds - Hit Detection Improvements
I'm not asking for a HP buff.
Give us more PG/CPU, also make us harder to hit, giving us a buff to Sprint and Movement speed.
Give us two damn Equip slots.
Get rid of the stupid stamina delay you added, but only remove it for Scouts.
Increase base Stamina and Stamina regen speed.
1.4 will be the death of the Scout if we dont get changed, and its starting to look like from dev/CPM responses (IRC, CPM-AMA, Forums) that Scout wont be getting any love.
Dont make that mistake CCP, I can handle one more month, but two is pushing it. |

regardless, imo the problem is that the scouts are meant to fill 3 roles.
first is a forward fast unit that can get ahead of the standard troops and relay information, a role that is close to utterly pointless in dust. as the battle is both static, and no tools are really given to the scout to accomplish this role.
second is an assassin, and scout again aren't given the tool to accomplish this. no weapon used by the scout benefits from their speed more then ehp of an assault, or more accurately no weapon has remained unerfed.
shotgun used to be a great ohk scout weapon, now it's been nerfed to useless, sniper is a lot weaker in the current meta then it used to be and is better on units with high hp anyway, flay lock has been nerfed, knives have never been that good.
so the fast attack assassin type of scout is pretty much pointless.
finally you have the third role which is the distraction role, you go in hit some guys a bit then run away, in this scouts can still function very well.
end of the day scouts are largely unsupported in what they do, and some weapons designed purely for them would go a long way to improving the role.
I have gotten to the stage where I plant REs, get some player's attention, and lure them into my trap, then I blow them up.

That'd be cool, and its definitely something else we need.
But how can I Scout with only one equip slot?
Especially when Logis/Assault can do the job better, and have more eHP. |

Lol possibly 1.5? And most likely 1.6?
If Scouts dont get anything in 1.4 I'll be saying good bye to DUST, I'm not going through one month of getting killed over and over by ARs. |
