Depending which, it means caldari and Gallente with get MD like weapons, or Minmatar will get a real AV weapon.

Just wanna say, I love the plasma cannon, it tries to do both and somewhat succeeds at it.
The wonky nature of splash DMG and the weird reload glitch are my only problems with it. |

Its more like how each race will get a rifle. I'm trying to wiggle out a little info to see if we will get Minmatar AV weapon or a Gal/caldari anti-infantry area denial weapon. |

The plasma cannon was meant to be a light AV weapon. But the projectile speed doesnt allow that. Also to take into account the weapon doesnt really get any better if you skill into it. Look at the numbers on the plasma cannon from basic to proto. Then look at the damage difference between basic and proto with the Caldari smarms or Mass Driver. There's a good reason to skill up into those while the plasma cannon is just **** damage at proto. I understand it's a light AV weapon so it shouldn't do as much damage as a forge of course but keep in mind the proto swarms do 1980 base damage while the proto Plasma Cannon only does 1155 (basic PC is 1050) there is no reason to use the proto plasma cannon, that is true. I don't want a buff for it, just for them to fix the glitchy nature of it.
As for the proto and advance versions, they need to make them cheaper or something.

On the grid the PLC is in the same row as the lightweight launcher category thus MD SL and whatever the amarr variant is are somewhat in the same class. It doesn't mean that in the future there wouldn't be any a Gallente Plasma mortar or a microswarm launcher from the caldari in the future though just as it stands right now that's one row of weapons here. Knives Pistols SMGs Shotguns Rifle Snipers Launchers Heavy Anti-infantry Heavy Anti-Vehicle Minmatar is used the odd method diverted over to the dakka dakka method though instead of their usual da big kaboom one. schooled.
