Too many problems revolve around FF in pubs. If you aren't willing to risk losing your gear from friendly fire, don't go into FF-enabled game modes. Or at least use cheap gear in them.
TBH, I think that it would help solve the protostomping if they had to worry about being TKed

Continued affronts could have an sp penalty followed by a list of shame or book of the guilty as they have in dark souls, from which marks them on the mini map for all their future games which give players high rewards for killing them for either team (essentially they can no longer have teams). Also when tiers become introduced it would also mean they even if they create new characters they will be stuck in low tier unable to reach high tier games.

Which raises another question, what happens if the TKer has no ISK? Do they go negative ISK?
