First of all, I was in that match that you all talking about.
Second of all, the invincibility glitch is something that happens random, or at least that is what we know. In any case you should be mad at CCP for such a failure in making a successful game, and now glut hint more than ever with the unwalkable terrain and all the rendering problems.
I admit myself that the invisibility glitch is annoying, and more and more this keeps happening, specially after getting killed from a orbital strike after spawning or getting killed period. But there's nothing to do in that case other than go out and enjoy the problem.
I can honestly say, that I play almost everyday with those two players, that they do not exploit that crazy glitch and it was a random glitch.
Regardless of what happened. This needs to be fixed. And fast.

Two players of the same corp, affirmative.
Doing it multiple times over multiple games, negative.
It does happen random and there's nothing you can do once you are it.
This could happen for multiple reasons:
1) Really bad connection in the beginning of match creation.
2) When you have a full squad set up ready to go, and one team mate gets disconnected before the loading screen, I've noticed this Glitch to occur, the squad itself gets glitched.
3) When spawning in on an uplink that just got destroyed; either by an orbital strike or shot at.
4) If you press the NEOCOM menu before loading screen and/or while laying dead on the ground.
Again, these are cases I've heard from many players from different corps, and number 2 happened to me personally.
This is obviously a "Fail to load" glitch. It is something that keeps happening more and more after 1.3's patch.
And in my opinion asking people to be banned for what seems to be their fault is completely unfair.
If you do really want to report exploits, then check your kill list for those that (melee) over and over again, just saying there are real exploits out there that do deserve a thread and call them out for, but this, not cool.
Fix your damn game fast CCP before more and more players stop playing this amazing game.
