Thought about this and perhaps may have come up with a solution:
There is no benefit for corps to really fight for any districts right now other than perhaps owning your own planet. Some like to take over a district and sell it to a lesser corp for cash. Not many other choices right now other than flipping/farming.
I suggest that CCP create a new planet that gives MORE isk generation and has a bonus to salvage. Perhaps add an icefield in space and add a small bonus to PI for that planet. Instead of 15 million a day perhaps make it 20 million or even 25 million. Increase loot table by 10 % for the whoel planet. This might cause the bigger corps to stop fighting for indies cause they are bored and refocus on a planet that has a higher return than the other districts.....
Just a thought to increase activity. |

MORE passive ISK generation? What good would that do?
There should be no passive ISK generation at all and winning should instead give more ISK. |

This is something CCP should've been doing from the beginning. By making districts more valuable than others, they give people a drive to fight for better space (like we do in EVE), as well as create space that's more open to new players.
For instance, if you have high value space and low value space, the top corps will fight over the best space, and the newer corps can get in on the low value space a fair bit easier. |

Sounds like a good idea ... Some way to start tiering off the playing field so the top corps fight each other, mid vs mid, and new vs new with some crossover between them all just less top tier vs everyone else. |

Thats the way it was supposed to be done, High/Low sec etc i dont get all the Eve nerd stuff but this game was supposed to be a lot more than just little Molden Heath. Coming Soon in 2018 |

I like this idea. it should honestly be tied to sec status but fuckit... game is not big enough to venture into Nullsec so they might as well make tiered districts in Molden Heath.
I envision something like 20% being what is currently in the game, 20% being a bit better payout, and the bottom 20% being a ******* wasteland that costs 800,000 ISK to attack with no "Lock" and a 1hr delay between attack initiation and execution. The passive payout would be like 200,000 per hour held... it would require passive payouts be disentangled from clone production though, and I think that would be a positive step. |

We have a system like that in real life. The rich can afford to attack the bigger districts and get richer, and the poor sit in their little districts and get attacked to hell and never make any money. |

CCP's universe has historically been a very loosely governed market-driven economic simulator ... there are individuals with trillions of ISK in the game. It works exactly like IRL and that is their goal. But with spaceships... er... dropsuits. |

Make it have more effect with PI and less with the clones generated. then EVE players might care and Dustbunnies get less, this player base doesn't need more candy they might feel more entitled. |
