Ah. So you see us as evil and worthy of punishment.
It is odd: I, also, am uncomfortable with Amarrian practices, but it is difficult for me to say how they should act differently, as long as they believe what they believe. There are certainly cruel and selfish Amarr, but the culture as a whole seems to genuinely feel that its actions are correct.
It seems as though the real issue is not whether they are evil, but whether they are mistaken about their god.

Some of us seem to rather like being what we are. But I doubt we'll end up being eternal; most of us will probably have a brief, violent career and retire quite wealthy.

Well ... you've given us all reason to make you out to be a miserable fool if you leave us an opening. You seem to want to be a sort of dark legend, a story told by people you hate to frighten their children. While it's a little unlikely that you'll achieve that ambition, it's better for us politically if you are not taken seriously at all.
You are wise to defend yourself. It is not the Caldari or Amarrian loyalists you are really talking to; it is the audience. Mr. Kalamari, for example, is a member of the Intaki Liberation Front-- aligned somewhat against the Federation, but otherwise neither Amarrian nor Caldari. |
