I hate to be the guy to post this. But most of the player in my corp have been saying this. Pub matches feel different hit detecting feels worse. Cant explain it, but it just feels worse. Many im my corp agree. Also both of the pc matches my corp played today were laggy af.
All I know is 1.4 and 1.5 better be amazing or, well I want to say die but its kind of already dead |

I noticed it as well, but as a Heavy it was a positive turn. I was hitting targets, the assaults and scouts were not able to get away from me and I was back to the old heavy build I once knew in Beta. man I miss those days. I was told there was nothing done to the hit detection, but there was a tweak in graphic department. But as a sniper my hits were not registering at all. So I press on, if it happens tomorrow i will try to find a fix and post my results. |

This phenomenon is glaringly observed while using a Tac AR. :) Try and count how many times you say: 'Oh that's BS!' |

I only played a few matches so far, but I feel like it's more difficult hitting people at longer ranges than it was before.
I'm seeing more people warp around and have jerky, unpredictable movements at longer ranges. |

If this is true, how is it possible? How can hit detection be changed in every patch there's been?
I'm skeptical. It must be something else. |

I've noticed a lot more lag today than I did in 1.2 |

Same **** here I thought it was my connection. Heavy felt easier, huge difference sniping ( trouble hitting non mobile targets) and my logi suit seemed a lot slower I dunno. |

Yeah i've had a lot of teleporting players. increased mic bugs (almost my entire squad had it). not to mention in one circumstance a match just faded to black and ended right in the middle. No end of match. No error message. Just POOF we were all back in our MQ. |

ScPs have been behaving pretty regularly... for some reason direct hits with the Forge Gun seem a bit easier to pull off?
How it feels with the FG... it's almost as if there's a bit of lag compensation that wasn't there before? Need to pull ahead of the target's current direction a bit more than you used to but the way their movement is rendered is more predictable.. like it's no longer updating their movement as seen on your screen as fast when at range. A simplification of their actual movements if that makes sense.
This is just from gut feeling after experimenting a bit in a couple hours of fighting. Might be nothing to it. |

hit detection, especially at longer ranges, feels clunky. I had a member describe it as like feeling humidity, it just felt slower, thicker, something. It felt laggy. |

I thought I was just suddenly bad at scrambler rifles, which sadly is a distinct possibility. |
