 ...or a similar one?

 Caldari Medium Frame ck.0

 x1 Complex Precision Enhancer
 x1 Complex Light Damage Mod
 x2 Complex Shield Extender

 x1 Enhanced Range Amplifier
 x2 Complex Kinetic Catalyzer

 GEK or GLU
 Core Flaylock

 Flux Grenades

 Compact Nanohive

 Needs fitting skills all to 4.

 Precision = 38.5
 Radius = 17.5 (skill to 4)
 Sprint = 9.1
 Shields = 387
 Armor = 132

 Situational awareness and mobility are excellent. Any opinions?

 Increasing your radius doesn't do much in my opinion

 I'd suggest replacing the range amplifier with a profile dampener.

 The problem is that most players don't use these modules so you really don't need much besides skilling into profile dampening and precision enhancements. The only thing that the precision module will do for you is allow you to see scouts, and you don't even need a complex one to do that.

 Precision is good. A basic profile enhancer should be enough since you won't be able to see scouts anyway (they get scan profile reduction bonus). So with a basic enhancer you will be able to see any medium suit, logistics and assault). One weakness of assault is that they can't see other medium suits because of 55 dB scan precision vs 50 db scan profile. Logibros can see medium suits (50 db scan precision). +1 and props for this idea.

 Get rid of the damage mod and get a shield extender. With Caldari suit you should always shield tank. Aim for that assault suit!

 Range amplifier is really up to you. Try playing a few matches without the amplifier and see if you feel any significant difference. If you remove it try another catalyzer, if you have the CPU/PG available. Or you can try a basic profile dampener so that logibros can't detect you!

 Maybe you'll want to remove range amplifier for a CPU upgrade so that you can fit that duvolle AR.

 Again +1 for the scan precision idea. I do the same with my fat suit. I equip it with a adv precision enhancer and it detects any suit except scouts.

 I used to run Dual Tanking Caldari medium frames, at the cost of mobility, as I've evolved as a player, I started throwing in some regulators and reppers instead of plates and my survivability has increased tenfold.

 Played as a Scout for a while after buying a couple of the featured fits to **** around with and I've saw the light, started skilling into Profile Dampening and Precision Enhancing.

 So, what I'm left with on my main fitting is Shield Tanked, auto repairing, radar invisible monster of a fitting that's absolutely fantastic to play with, the new racial bonus is great for me as well, my shields are close to hitting the 600 mark.

 I'm currently interested in skilling into KinCats but the SP investment is absolutely insane, what's the speed increase for the complex's?

 Nope they're useless. The active scanner on the other hand is awesome

 Seems like a good fit. I've always been a big fan of situational awareness and mobility (that's why I typically play a scout I guess).

 The active scanner is nice in that it provides a long range scan and some of the higher level ones have such a good scan precision that you can detect profile dampened scouts. However, having passive scanning that provides constant benefits, even if only at short range, can go a long way to increasing survivability. Good show. As a Gallente scout, I wish I had more high slots for precision enhancers.....

 To the guy with the Q on what benefits complex kin/cats provide: +12% increase to sprint speed. It's a big bonus.
