So no, there is no such thing as 'top 5 tankers' and there never will be because if you take the most adaptable tanker and compare him to a specialist in his field, the generalist will never compare. You can't compare these things because there are 'good tankers' in their own right, but there hasn't been a best tanker since the late Slap.

i run every tank in every combo, and often ill swap them out mid match. the only thing i lose to are proto swarms. their range is unreal.

what upsets me most is that id never gotten a chance to fight any of the guys listed here in a tank battle. im not saying im good, bu when i can fight off three madrugars in a gunnlogi and kill the all... its got mean something. (probably that they just sucked)

(probably that they just sucked) you probably don't do much PC then. Chances are, if you did 1 hour of PC a night, you would've fought us already. All of us run infantry in pubs, mostly, because it's more profitable. But yeah, every one of us has done that before. My hardest battle was me and earl james v bob, attorney, and exmaple. Oh my ******* god it sucked. honestly I did lose, but i didn't get completely stomped. I was pretty proud of myself.

If you spend more than 80% of your game time in a tank, and don't have a K/D of at least 5, then you need to step your game up. my KD was skyrocketing before I started running logi. Now it's hovering between 2.93 and 3.00 which i'm fine with. I really don't run tanks in pubs unless it's an entire team of scrubs for the fun. hahahaha....or unless i see a worthy tanker on the other team bc most tanks that spawn opposite team of me dont last the av on my side for more than 2 minutes.

For a lot of reasons, you are correct. However, the primary role of the tank is to destroy enemies, either in vehicle or out. Legends K/D is over 7, and that is with all the PC he played. That is crazy good. Eh, he good, but it's more do to his teammates being really good than his own skill. Getting a 1v1 with him is impossible. He always has friends with AV in his tank if he sees another decent tanker on the other side. I play with mostly new players when im not in PC so i dont have that luxury. The tankers i listed are good by themselves and i chose them bc of such. Not saying Legend is bad, just saying his teamwork is more to credit than his personal tanking skills.

XD No, I put Bob and I in the same place, whatever that is, because we have yet to duel and not have a kill ratio against eachother of X:X - bob:char I remember our first duel. We cycled through maybe 10 games before it worked. Tied. Lol. SPent like 6 mil doing so. Hahaha. Oh the memories. :P

You/Odell/Attorney/Void/Ninja are all great so i can't decide 6th! Exmaples Uprising tank was mostly lol cause shields sucked. NONONONONO! Zitro was not that great. He and Legend were thought to be good because they had awesome teammates who compensated for anything they lacked. They do very well because it impossible to attack them from a weak point because the guys they play/ed with know how to cover a tank's blind spots. Not saying they were/n't good, but it is as much their teammates as themselves. The few times I've managed to see Legend separate from his teammates, he wasn't TERRIBLY hard to take down when compared with guys like Psycho or Covert who really understand the art of blaster/maddies...it wasn't easy but it was possible. Hahaha. [gg] Slap was 1. Hotch was 2. Psycho 3 (i dare say #1, now that Slap and Hotch are gone) Everyone else comes after those guys.
