Can we get a militia version of every new item that CCP release, like 1-5copy of the new item , so that we can think about spending the skill points? |

I'm guessing a lack of that has to do with making AUR items more attractive to purchase. |

VR training system is a great idea, but the last thing we need is more cheap versions of weapons that require no skillpoint investment, especially when you can get BPOs of some of them. |

Is 12k SP really that much to spend to test a weapon. I mean I make that in 2-3 matches lol. |

it doesn't take long and lots of SP to be able to "try" any weapon or module in the game, with the exception of a couple heavy weapons and nades, which don't take that much more. if you're talking about vehicles, then no, absolutely not. you thought murder taxis were bad.....oh good grief! |

I'd love to see militia gear for all modules and weapons. Might cut down a bit on the RESPECNAO crowd (but probably not) by giving them noncommittal trials on loadouts they'd like to try. |

Militia items are supposed to serve as a try it before you buy into it deal with isk. I can understand the lack of needing BPOs however... I feel that not even having non-bpos of everything is bad. |

Think about most of the weapons we don't currently have no MLT of.
Mass Driver? Lower magazine size, even longer reload. Pretty major downgrade. Laser Rifle? Lower magazine... acceptable but limiting. Flaylock... 1 shot, longer reload? Limited utility. Plasma Cannon? Well, it's the Plasma Cannon. Now with longer reload that severely impacts already poor DPS! Scrambler Rifle? Doesn't actually suffer much. Lower magazine and longer reload doesn't hurt so much, heat build up is it's primary limiter. Nova Knifes? Standard Nova Knifes are the runtiest of runts anyway. ADV become decent, PRO do over double STD's damage with faster charge. MLT will be garbage and NKs need a lot of SP behind them in a specific build in order to perform in the first place. HMG... do we have MLT HMGs already? Don't think so. Lower magazine and even longer reload than the normal 8 seconds? Yeesh.
Is that everything? The only weapon that comes out alright is the Scrambler Rifle. Could slow down cooling speed I guess...
I honestly don't see the problem here. Standard is a massive boost over most of these weapons.

but people might hate it. and you might be the only one that like it but because people say its bad you wont use it because you dont waste sp while you are getting skills to lv5 |

The difference between militia vs standard gear in many cases, and particularly with weapons, is not needing skills in exchange for higher CPU/PG requirements. |

The difference between militia vs standard gear in many cases, and particularly with weapons, is not needing skills in exchange for higher CPU/PG requirements. I thought militia weapons typically did have actual differences. The only militia weapons I can recall exact details about are the swarm launcher and AR. The AR suffers a 25% clip size reduction and the swarm fires 3 missiles each instead of 4 at the standard. Each still does the job of giving you an idea of what you are getting into. +1 for militia versions from me. |

Yep, that's true. I'd written my stat notes wrong, and thought they had the same mag size, and only required higher CPU/PG. |

That sounds nice. Or some kind of shooting range. Just something to at least test the basic version of that item. |

Militia variants of all the weapons and equipment would be great. Even with BPOs I couldn't see a problem as long as the weapons are inferior to standard versions.
Militia HMG especially feels lacking.

I'm all for more militia items. Worse fittings, and some drawbacks in exchange for no skill reqs. It's a decent system. |
