Upcoming DUST 514 Tournament Update

I thought the tournament was always a terrible idea in the first place but my expectations have been exceeded. Not only is the idea off, the execution may be so farcical and underwhelming and the carrot so misshapen and meagre that we may just surpass all previous CCP records for disappointment over an event. Hopefully there aren't many resources being pooled into this. Did they call in the MLG whatever tourney-guy just so they could point to an external influence in response to the inevitable misgivings with it? Set him up to take the fall? Ah, I doubt it. That might almost be a well-considered plan so it's unlikely to have been the Dust team's thought process. ...I need to take off the tinfoil hat sometimes, try and remember that not all workplaces deal in such chicanery.

Like, the reason he was given the opportunity was because of his community involvement in such things. Was this true? Must have just been a rumor. Too bad though. Sorry, I should have edited again for posterity, no one in DUST will ever see it. We entered the tournament hoping for some decent fights, that's it, now they have changed it into a lolfest. "Mountains"....what the actual **** UF, you can't figure out to ask the actual name of the map, so you jus call it mountains...even CCP can come up with something more original than that. Also, domination 8v8? Really?
