nope 600 dmg in 2 shots was op 300-400 i can live with that know they have to aim so now i have a 5-6 hit survivability against that gun |

I worry about the future of this game that they put them in with that much damage to begin with. I hate to see what a heavy laser would do. |

Good players will always be good, and those who can aim with the flaylock and know how to use it, will still be effective with it.
The difference is that now only the good players will be good with it, instead of everybody and their grandmother who could point and click. And now hopefully people actually treat it as a sidearm rather than a main. |

The AR nerf brigade is coming for anything that might be useful until there are no viable weapons but the AR. Hell, we're basically there now considering that the AR is used to kill about as much as 11 of the other 13 weapons combined.

I'm doing really well with an SMG-flaylock combo. Using the breach flaylock. The only kill I got with it was 2-shotting a sniper, but it's been very useful for getting a big hit in, before finishing with the SMG or melee. |

There are logis, uplink/hacker scouts, and pilots. Not to mention people who have fun with their fits rather than redline sniping, murder taxi driving, and etc.
Lastly, KDR means absolutely nothing. It's all about profit. I've constantly done suicide runs with BPOs in the past- die a lot that way, but it gets me a ton of ISK, while making the protobears I kill lose money. |
