If i recall properly, the reload bonus didn't actually work. Didn't notice that much of a difference. 10% to shield extension however, sounds yumm |

While guarding the MCC from intruders I timed the length of my reloads until I ran out of ammo. Either it worked or the AR specific reload skill works better than stated in the skill description.
