Calogi's will be just fine. One complex regulator will give a 60% shield delay decrease. the new number for delay are 5/8 sec, with a regulator the delay times are 2/3.2 sec. Very impressive when coupled with a shield energizer and 4 shield extenders... OH and calogis should be using MD. Get ready to cry for another nerf. |

Lolwut?
Complex Regulators are 25% faster shield recharge. Level 5 of the skill makes that 27.5% and level 5 suit bonus makes that 34.3%. It's not 25% + 10% + 25% = 60%.
So 1 Complex Regulator will make the shield recharge on Caldari Logi 3.3/5.3. |
