Foxhound Corporation might be the choice for you. We're an indie corporation with a mission to mold the mercenary economy into a more diverse and healthy one. We have a district and we are taking part in Planetary Conquest. We have experienced from our long history in New Eden(We've just had our first yearly anniversary).
If you join us you'll either be fast tracked into a squad member or placed into the cavalry(considering that you seem to be heading into a support role). As a squad member you'll get the squad dynamic which includes organization, and the strengthening of your teamwork and other abilities as your squad leader leads you. As a Cavalry member you won't get that dynamic but you will have more freedom however you might have to respond to calls on the battlefield when there's a need for your special brand of talents. Whatever path you choose, you can rise up in rank and become an officer.
And if the battlefield isn't for you or you want another role, you can join our command division as a part of the administration and management or you can join the strategic division and become an intelligence officer, tactical officer, strategic adviser, or another role!
No matter what role you play it will always be important in our corporation and you will always have input on the output.
