From what I've gathered the system has resources that are valuable to the CFC so they're taking it from TEST. War is sweet.

I care because in the future we will be able to participate as strike teams capturing planetary cannons to sway the battle to the highest bidder. Lots of ISK to be made and lost in moments like these. This is an amazing sight, love to see the universe we fight in taking shape. |

Every square that looks akin to [ ] is another player. They're color coded according to standings and so that you can see them better when they're far off (since this is space, so everything is kilometers (likely tens of kilomters) apart. Red/Orange/Colorless are enemies, Blue/Green/Purple are friendlies. You can just make out the player's ship behind all the brackets on screen. You can zoom in on any one ship, but the purpose of this picture was just to show the sheer volume of players on the field, and not to show actual spaceships gathered. But every one of those square brackets (the ones with the X are drones) is another player's space ship. |

imo as an Eve player myself, these must look boring to anyone who does not play EVE. Without seeing the brilliant lightshows of lasers, tracer fire, missile arcs and such, without seeing up close the shields flaring up, the hulls on fire, the nifty ships shooting, without hearing the barked commands and primaries being called out on TS...It just looks like a bunch of squares. |
