Serious question lol
I used to get salvage pretty frequently, I know it is a random thing on whether you get any or what you get... but this just is not right here what I have been experiencing for the last 3 days.. 3 DAYS!!
I have not got a single piece of salvage gear, and I normally place well for my team.
Do I have to start being extra ****** to earn salvage now? Is it like now given out as a , " hey , you lost isk.. but here is a module you may or not be able to use"
I miss my salvage drops
I'm lost without it..
ok, not really.. but It is nice to get free **** everynow and then. ( especially proto and officer )
anyone else experiencing this lately? |

I once joined a game for the last 30 seconds, and salvaged a bunch of officer SMGs.
This has nothing to do with salvage, but today was pretty pathetic.
First battle- played logibro after joining the second half of an ambush OMS- 90,000 ISK gained
Second- flew around with a logi dropship, going 0-0 with 0 WP as my team redlined the amarr in FW- about 225,000 ISK gained |

If you want salvage play PC. A normal PC match usually nets around 15 pieces of salvage from the battlefield.
EDIT: Including vehicles and aurum items. |

I know the other day on my shotty alt I joined a skirmish and once I got in 2 seconds later the game ended and I got 3 Gastun's HMG's... So I have no clue how the salvage system works. |

well, I went to go get myself killed 10 times. Instead I am now stuck in a wierd spot on an outcrop from a building when I jumped from MCC.. so we will see what I get for sitting there all match instead.. I can't bring myself to suicide, as it's such a nice view It is impossible to climb onto this rooftop, let alone get out to this outcrop thing on it
and somehow this thing drained my stamina.. it won't recharge

Yeh I only ever played one PC match, we lost .. pro hic spammed the fk out of with core flaylock :\
got zero isk, but recieved a ton of proto gear and one aur item, it was pretty sweet reward.. can only imagine what the winner gets |

Everytime I go to Oceania to **** around, and nothing happens (No one dies, no one kills), I always get 200k ISK, never anything over, never anything under, exactly 200k ISK. |

lols, I read the first 2 scentences then closed page....
" to not ruin the economy " .. hate to tell you ccp, but by allowing PC isk farming , no player market , no real isk sinks if the player is smart... your economy is already ******* itself lol.. but that's off topic
so back to topic.. I just ran into THE COOLEST guy in game, didn't catch name.. but he has my respect
I decided to try ambush, went in and would just run into the open and take a knee.. waiting for my death. I was sniped, I was hit with nades, hit with a forge gun , a few rifles.. but this one time, I ran in.. dropped to my knee bracing for impact from the red heading towards me.. he shot once, then stopped and stood there ( probably going wtf ) then he proceeded to walk up to me, take a knee right in front of me for a couple seconds and then bashed my head in with melee.. this guy is great!
And for the results of match.. I just got a prototype submachine gun, go figure

further testing required.. and it won't be from me lmao
well I lied, for dying 13 times and zero kills, I recieved 170k isk , and 4200 SP .. I don't even get that when I try in Ambush .. da fuq |

Conclusion - I have the same luck I do in dust as I do with 5 dollar lotto tickets when it comes to salvage
