Quite honestly, MAG defined for me what console FPS is supposed to be like. I can talk about the fine clockwork of game mechanics, comms, factions, clans, maps that actually made sense and made an attacker attack and a defender defend, or hundreds of hours of game play (about 700 for me) - but you know and have experienced these things the same as I have, so you know exactly what I mean, no words are necessary. Every FPS I play I measure with the MAG ruler. Sadly, I doubt we'll see a game in the near future for which the MAG ruler would be too short. |

I actually wouldn't be surprised if mag came to ps4. It's like saying Socom isn't coming to ps4.  MAG has been getting a lot of traction from Fans and Devs who would love to see it on ps4. Most console games don't die, they either come back BAD ASS or just bad.
Ummm... Sony strangled Zipper. I think I saw one of their programmers the other day selling sunglasses at a street corner in Redmond. So my bet is that even if MAG 2 is released it's gonna be some money grab bastardized product by an outsider developer. Sad but in all likelihood true. |
