None. What you should be screaming for is better balancing, not respecs. Abusers will move on, real operators will continue to do well and underappreciated stuff gets useful. Nothing should be at the bottom of the barrel, nothing should be at the top either. |

Wrong, LOTS of Eve players cry for respects or partially refunded SP when significant changes went through. There was the great nano-nerf, there was the mothership HP nerf, there was the moros/mom drone usage nerf. More recently there were nerfs to unscannable ships, heavy missiles, a nerf to falloff, tiericde for the drake and hurricane, changes to drone aggro in missions, and changes to scannable corp hangar arrays. Each and every one of those changes had people asking for partial SP refunds. CCP never granted any, and most Eve players were happy they didn't too!
The mothership changes were not part of the teiricide, also by now most eve players are cross disciplined they have multiple ships ready to go because the game forces to take up multiple roles dependent on what their fleets and situation calls for. Also even though the drake and hurricane got nerfed there was the ferox, naga, tornadeo, and cyclones are still available along with many of the tech 2 cousins most of thos pilots have access to as well as the previous frigate, destroyers, and cruisers required to train before the battlecruiser. |

Majority of the abusers are those very late to the party/bandwagon though word of mouth folks. Most of them are there of their own choosing. For example guess where majority of the players spent their last respec. Like those ordered to skill into a specific skill set by their corporate commanders because that was assurance to victory.
Like I said, those who skilled into the said weapons and suits under the original impressions and uses will be able to happily continue their jobs still, creatives will probably find an amazing shield combination that makes them extraordinarily hard to kill and abusers will find the next best weapon to skill into, probably forge guns or something sillier.
Those who been using the cal logi as a logi will enjoy the low down times. Those who been using the flaylock as a skill shot or ambusher weapon (shooting a guy in the back unawares) will still score kills as usual |
