So I was playing some Dust514 before work this morning and shut it down like I always do to not clog the servers up. When I came home for lunch I tried to log on and when it was on the main screen trying to log me into the server an error message came up, "You have been disconnected because of an internal error. Please contact [email protected] if you are unable to recoonect. I tried reseting the modem, Reseting and hard shut down of my PS3, I even tried just reloging in over and over with reloading the game and no results. I have filled out a trouble ticket with no response from CCP. Maybe some one out there can help me out.

1. IP Address 99.194.246.172 2. my GMT 4:00 is EST time 01:55pm 3. PSN Region US 4. English is my Locale 5.10/10 times this happens

Thanks for your email.
I am sorry to hear you are encountering issues with the game.
I would first recommend you to plug your Playstation 3 System directly to your router using a wired connection since this might improve its performance and avoid packet losses. Also, please try clearing the Saved Data Utility. To do so, follow the instructions provided below:
1- From your XMB Menu go to Games 2- Select Saved Data Utility 3- Highlight DUST 514 and Press the "triangle" for open the Options dialogue and then select the option "Delete".
- Delete the Saved Data Utility for DUST 514:
Game > Saved Data Utility (PS3)> select DUST then press Triangle on your controller and delete.
We would also suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the game should the above not work.
You can uninstall the game client as per instructed below:
- Under "Games" on the XMB, hover over DUST 514. - Press Triangle - Select Delete and confirm deletion
You can reinstall the beta as per instructed below:
- Select the "Playstation Network" on the XMB - Select "Account Management" - Select "Transaction Management" - Select "Download List" - DUST 514 will be listed on this screen, select "Download"
When you have performed these tasks, please restart your console and try again.

I did all of this and no solution. I requested CCP to fix my account since it is not an issue on my end. I will let you dedicated customers know what happens. |

So I had to delete and reload dust twice for it to fix this solution everything was good didn't lose a thing. Hope this help others in the future with the same internal error issue.
time to go enjoy assault sniping and get my much needed SP |
