Instead of using all thIs GMT PST timer that are subject to error for many (converting it, with / without time saving parameter and such)

why not using (too) "EVE TIME" where it will be clear for everyone, i know that not All Dust player are playing EvE but i'm sure this info can be easily obtained.....

Our first battle , la501eme vs academy inferno started at about 7h30 gmt. Not 8h30. Can you tell us Logibro if there was a mistake on your side concerning the hour?

Actually this is a common occurence in 3rd party tournaments. This prevents ringers and such, and while I agree the system is no streamlined, having each person sign up on a site is quite common.

Im disappointed in the pure lack of infromation provided, and the difficulty in entering battles.

Subesequently, entering the barge with 1 minute to go, and the matches following faction warfare rules rather than PC rules was a big letdown.

The poor payout, no salvage and most of all no friendly fire is going to cause some major issues as this tournament progresses.

Bottom line everyone in the corp should see the match. If there is a 'ringer' issue, meaning someone not on their roster on the UF site is in the match, then its up to the other team to send a ticket on UF with the proof to handle it tnat way. This is how all 3rd party tournaments have always been.

And start time is 2130 eve time for EU and 0130 Eve time for NA.

This was stated on day 1. Eu players I feel for you as matches starting 30m early is just not acceptable.

Honestly for eu id say matches should all be rescheduled for the last week. The na tourney runs much longer so why not?

we're all in summertime hours so in London it's GMT+1 at the moment even tho officially we are GMT. 1.30 EVE time is 2.30 GMT (+ summertime hours) right now.

All match times should be stated in eve time so that everyone can figure out their own time accordingly.

Actually we in the UK are currently in BST (British Summer Time) which is GMT +1 yes.

I agree though all timers should be in EVE time, I mean there is a friggin clock showing EVE time on your menu!

My corp in the first match of the tourney all showed up to all 3 matches the first match Pradox One showed upi but backed out when they came in faster than we could take a picture. The second and third matchs they were no shows. We have the pics to prove it . As I understand it no shows count as a win for us yet the leaderboards and ladders are not reflecting this my entire team had no issues making it in. Some clarification from you cop would be great and if you need the pics please let me know as I have them available and where to post them or send them.

Click:

Ladder>Uprising NA Region>League Challenges

Here it will show all your past and future matches. Take notice of the round number of each match as the site bunches them incorrectly.

Click next to the relevant match:

Submit score now

Enter the score (1 point per map so 3-0 if you won all three)

it will send this to the opposing team to verify.

You have to do this yourself. This is normal for esports events. Its just that the website blows and it is super hard to figure out how to do it.
