The increase strafe speed cause many issues from aiming and taking the fun away from tactical warfare. There were no complain about the strafe speed in the previous build and it just take the fun away from 1 on 1 when your opponent do quick figure 8s. It make it difficult for shotgun take get clear, it make it diffucult for scout suit to catch to someone who as fast as he walk backward, it even difficult for laser rifle to track( even though they have slow ADS). The old strafe was ok and there wasn't as must pain to aim, so it to decrease the speed a bit

Strafe speeds were not increased. What we are experiencing are the unintentional consequence of 1.2 performance boosts.
Wait for aiming re-balance in 1.4 |

Performance boosts do wonders when it comes to making you move faster every way but forward.
You're going to get trolled for this, but returning us to a more realistic movement scheme should be a priority. Moving backwards in gaming development might feed some players lust for nostalgia, but does little to make the game more intense or enjoyable. |

No movement while in ADS... that is what this game desperately needs. |

Its more of a hit box problem. Because I've shot into an enemy's path when they are doing that strafe thing, and they strafe right into my bullets, but I don't get so much as a hitmarker. Its annoying, but nothing is stopping me from using the same tactic. I like how DUST takes a bit more aiming ability then other shooters. I don't know if this was by design or flaw, but i'm fine with it.

Incorrect. All suits now strafe at the same speeds. Why are Sentinels, shooting off their HMG running at the same speed as my Scout?

Nah just slower movement i dont think you have to remove it completely. like your crouch movement speed should be the same as your ads movement speed. and way less accuracy while running and in hip fire. |

Strafe speeds are fine and there were plenty of people who complained about it when it was nerfed back in november of last year and then again with a stealth nerf on strafing with the random bullet dispersion and unrealistic bullet drag that couldnt even be compensated for. |

Strafe Speeds where originally broken that the only way to achieve full speed was dual inputs, this was fixed so you don't need two controllers to get to full speed. |

I played one game since the increased strafe speed. I used a burnstalk laser rifle and put up 20 kills before laughing at how bad people are in this game. I'm tired of people using "tactical gameplay" as an excuse to be bad. If you want a tactical game go play xcom. |
