If you run solo you know the perils you face. How is it I have been in 12 matches straight and everyone of them was a lose. If I was in complete control I would have no one to blame but me, but for 12 straight I have been against well stacked team after another. 0-12 and counting. This is insane, half of my team had negative KDR only the top five on my side in some of the matches was positive in KDR. The other side had 1-13 positive KDR and the bottom ones were either AFK or just joined the battle. In one match I was the only one to go positive in the match on our side. Is it me or this game set up for you to completely fail on a constant basis. I cant kill everyone and capture all the objectives at the same time for it is impossible. So from what I have experienced the game is setting me up for failure each time. I know squad up, shut up blah blah blah says the troll, please we need real ideas not the criticism coming from the supposed player of the year. How is the new players supposed to enjoy this game when they get the Sh** kicked out them all the time. I have been here for a while but seeing what I was pared with I have to say it was not good. Nothing against new players but lets be honest they shouldn't be in a match with really experienced players with better gear. Was I supposed to be the general and lead them into battle, because lets be honest I'm not the best choice. So after 12 loses I surrendered and turned off my PS3, maybe tomorrow I will go 12-0 but who am I kidding I will be probably 0-49 by this time tomorrow. |

Talking you say hey there guy with less than a million SP watch out for the proto bear and his squad of protos as well, oh wait you cant because your dead. OK you over there oh right dead, hey over there oh crap again dead. Ya tried it, most don't have mics or here's one they do not speak English. This game is world wide so not everyone speaks English and would not want them too because then life would be boring. What I am saying is do you expect a team of newbies to be able to stop a couple of squads of protos, ya on what planet. Call in a tank gone, call in airship gone, red lined into extinction. Rinse and repeat for 12 matches. Communication is part of it but when your team is just learning which end of the AR to point at the enemy don't expect much. |

Rinse and repeat for 12 matches. Communication is part of it but when your team is just learning which end of the AR to point at the enemy don't expect much. Don't be silly. There's nothing wrong with attempting to communicate with your team. If you call out someone's name, they will listen to what you have to say as long as you aren't shouting obscenities. Someone has to do it. Someone has to step up and say something or these noobs aren't going to learn. And not all of em are officially noobs either. Make the best of what you have... And like I've said, I've ran with my farmer fit (Milita dropsuit/GEK) and had no trouble winning close battles with a team full of noobs. Some battles are landslides, but some can be won on the willpower of one alone.
Please, please sir can I have what your taking it sounds awesome. Not trying to be a pain in the arse but the issue is not communication. It is matchmaking. Here is an example you might understand you are a lvl3 Elf Mage and you and your party are decent fighters all lvl3, but would you think it logical if you went and took on a LVL 68 Ice Dragon or a LVL 56 Rock troll. Um no, as you can tell I have no idea about trolls and dragons but what I am trying to do is make a point. You have to level the game so you are not running into this. Make the game so you can compete and have fun at the same time. Have I made my point yet. Communication means squat if half of your team is dead or running for there lives as they are being proto stomped into oblivion. |

Make the game so you can compete and have fun at the same time. Have I made my point yet. Communication means squat if half of your team is dead or running for there lives as they are being proto stomped into oblivion. I might understand? So what's so hard to understand that you're a softy who gets beat on by protos? What's hard to understand that you blame noobs who have no knowledge of the game and the poor matchmaking? Really, what's hard to understand about that? And what's so hard to understand about my post that expresses perseverance, working with the shortcomings that you have...to adapt and overcome? While the matchmaking system may need to be worked to balance out players, yet and still, the mighty has fallen by the proposed weak. It is not impossible to overcome the seemingly impossible odds with a little coordination, discipline, patience, wisdom and battle field awareness. I will say this again. I have ran solo on numerous occasions and with noobs...and we have won many battles. Sometimes it takes team encouragement on a microphone. Sometimes it takes pointing enemy locations. Sometimes it takes keeping yourself alive and making a goal to kill 6 or 7 before death. TL:DR? Adapt and overcome...quit your crying...there's always a way to win
OK you want to call me soft, hahahaha your a fool. I would proto stomp you into oblivion do not go there. You have to have brain damage to not understand what I am trying to say. So I am going to end this before someones feelings get hurt. If you cant comprehend what I am saying then you lack the communication skills. You cant speak someone back to life ok, so your gun-ho mentality means jack. I am looking out for the community as a whole not just a few matches you dim witted child, what I am saying is there has to be line drawn so a new player is not thrown into the lions den, can you understand that one or did the communication not come across right. I make you a 10 million dollar bet right here and now. You get 15 newberries and yourself, militai gear only and I will get myself with 15 proto stomping bad mofo's with heavy armored tanks and we will meet in ambush and you can communicate all you want as we slaughter you and them up and down the damn board you freakin moron.

Michael Arck wrote:I just don't understand when I'm running solo, in milita gear with a GEK and coming in at the top five. If you're losing for 12 games consistently, YOU are terrible.
Yes I am god and I can control the game. Kill all players check hack and hold all objectives by self check. Oh wait cant do that because I am running my proto sniper fit at this time. I know I will switch to my proto heavy or my proto Assault AR suit and still nothing. You cant win a game by yourself in skirmish its freakin impossible. Now you could if you have a decent squad but if they are being proto stomped there is no freakin way end of story. I'm am done arguing with you my offer still stand your 16 militia gear fresh out of the academy against my seasoned 16 proto vets in ambush and if you win I will give you 20 million ISK. Its time to nut up or shut up. Also you can communicate to your 16 as to why they were destroyed. |

Your name I will remember and if you did beat me it is because I was trying a new fit. You want to start something be my guest just don't get your feelings hurt when I bring my best. And calling some one so so, is your opinion. I will bet you this in real life outside of dust I will make you wish you would have never met me. I will place my Cadillac size 10 somewhere you wish it not be. If you want to know what a Cadillac is ask a Marine he will tell you. |

Break my 12 game losing streak is not the freakin point for the love of god it is about match making. I can care less about the losing streak for Pete sake can someone check this guy for lead poisoning. I have a corp I can easly run with, its not the streak its the match making. I am done, my mother always told my not to reason with idiots and she was right. End of story I am done with this, also before I go how does paint chips taste. |

At some point, decided to stop for bit and take a look at what was going on. We were playing a domination map, the one with the objective (A) on the bridge. (A) and the bridge was clearly in reds control and then there was this blue dude right next to bridge behind god knows what, started calling derpships, one after the other, total of three Bolas included for a total mess. I mean adapt and overcome but how you fix stupid? I was laughing mao at such chaos making sure my uplinks was fresh. Adapt and overcome might be fun for a while but soon I or you might end up alone with nothing to adapt if someone follow blind.
Spot on sir, spot on. |
