Was considering getting one... but then I saw this video made during Chromosome.
Has this been fixed yet? It looks absolutely horrible.
OMG, especially at 4:33 with the sniper rifle......... that was horrible.
Has MOVE functionality been fixed? I really want to get a PS Move just to keep myself somewhat entertained with the game.... because the lack of content is killing me. But if the Move still sucks horribly... I won't bother buy it.
Seeing bullets curve out of a gun is awkward as hell. |

The system now has full animation support such that your gun tracks your view point just like in other Sharpshooter or Move enabled shooters.
However, how far it tracks is left entirely user definable for both hipfire and ADS. This means that by default, you will only begin to turn when you hit the edge of the screen in both modes, rather than ADS centering your weapon and making your movements track the stationary cursor, as you would most likely expect.
It takes some tweaking in the settings to get everything copacetic, but the system has noticeably improved since Chromosome. |

I use the move and the sharpshooter on KZ3 and Goldeneye with finesse after much practice, and I would recommend you just avoid it for DUST especially if you snipe. Since the only way to get a stable scope in DUST is to let the game do it's auto stabilize thing when you sit still the aiming dot is never stable when using the move unless you prop your controller against something even then you're talking about trying to shoot at stuff a few pixels in size half of the time....with the move...in this game.
Hit detection and the tiny size of your strafing targets in this game make it nearly impossible to use the move. I'll admit it's been quite some time since I've tried it in this game, but compared to other move games it's a nightmare. |

PlayStation Move + Heavy Machine Gun = easy mode. I almost feel as if it's an unfair advantage. The Sharp Shooter is not needed, as you'll do better without it. Though I must mention that it is very difficult to use with anything besides the HMG, but once mastered, you will win most of your encounters. |
