About 20mill. I still don't have repair tool 1 or ar prof 5, though I do have caldari assault and gallente light frame/logi all maxed.
Shield and armor upgrades and extension/plating all maxed. Re/grenades maxed. Catalyzers and cardiac regulators maxed. Almost got complex damage mods, proto hives, hacking 3, proto links, and some other random **** like sniping |

Lies. Maybe in a previous build you got 21 mil but not since open beta. I have near 28k kills and ran an omega booster and always ht cap since they introduced the weekly cap. And hit most of them back when it was daily cap. And I even capped on all four potential 3x sp caps. i'm in the top 200 killer and top 150 for wp's even with the bullshit skirmish not counting. You're just a corp hopping liar.

Just getting very basic sets of skills is fine and all but theres a lot of passive **** out there to get before you can even consider yourself 'complete' This is only to compete at a high level though. It doesn't take nearly that much to pubstomp militia noobs in this game.
You shifted the ground and added in a bunch of **** that's nicebut unneeded. you can drop off the last level each of armor and shields, the sp isn't worth 18 armor and shields. The biotics and regulators are also nice, but not needed. Regulation and rechargers? You've ony played caldari logi, you're biased. I've played 3 diff logi's. You're wrong about needing them. you don't need light weapon operation 4 for an ar. regulation 5? lol you can use the proto module at level 4. you're a joke.
Overall, you tried to shift the ground of the argument from

Not saying it's not plausible, I have 19.7 mill sp, you're preaching to the choir. Cubs has close to 23 mill i know. But he also has 80k kills. This dude doesn't have those sp. I feel bad cause I saw the other thread where you were making good points before Xero showed up and tried to say you're an idiot. You're not an idiot and I liked your points in that thread. |

if the requirements on the regulators and they switched to 5 I WAS WRONG (take note zscrub how it's done when you make a mistake?) I never said you didn't need recharging 5 to use proto, only that you don't need rechargers to run a decent logi fit. YOu are making preference of fit cause the sp required to skyrocket.
Still even will the regulators 5 (since you seem to only be on about caldari logi's) add in another 900 k to my 11 mil fit and you're just fine.
