What IS viable, however, is running one or two advanced or complex shield REGULATORS, which brings your shield recharge rates down ridiculously low (especially with the level 5 shield regulator bonus WHICH NO ONE SEEMS TO NOTICE) to the point where you've essentially got your passive shield recharge rate of 20hp/s going at all times except 2-4 seconds after taking damage.

And if you can't get to cover for 2-4 seconds, you don't deserve a win.

I mean don't get me wrong I will still overcome and get my triple dubs and be able to go Cleveland mode. I just...why stop at 40? Let's go for a cool -100cpu and -100PG? I run all C. Shield Extenders because running a damage mod on a shotgun is pretty pointless. I also have to run lots of Biotics for speed and stamina. I started running Proto only because in PC I have made so much ISK that I never run out. I sale ISK for cash (His name will remain anonymous) I have over 1k PC fittings. I used to run Advanced all the time though. My gear doesn't make me by any means.

I will still make it work, I am not crying for respec or anything like that. Only trying to show CCP the light that the nerf may be TOO much. A nerf was expected but not this OVERKILL they are passing off to be a nerf.
