Well tweaking the Flaylock helps and Contact nades fixed those issues.
But is there anything else that is OP aside from... Shield LLAV's
Things that are OP Shield LLAV's give an anti shield AV weapon or lower total LLAV by 25% shields
Things that aren't OP but are Unbalenced (Easier Fixes)
Frontline Starter fit suits Easy to fix this problem is, the Medic starter fit suit outshines the Frontline starter fit so each frontline should get a peice of racial equipment that is militia Amarr= Drop Pads Gallente = Active Scanner longer cooldown time Caldari = Nanohive Minmatar = RE's can carry only one RE and only have one active with reduced blast radius
Starter fits need a total rework once all suits are deployed with each race getting Frontline+Medic+AV+Specialty Suit Here's a more detailed look at starter fits
I'll say the AR is used too heavily but with a few fixes it will not be for example changing the name to Blaster Rifle will help making people not go to the Blaster Rifle Weapon first and it will allow for new players not to have the AR be the Go to weapon also if Amarr Starter fits have Mlt Scrambler Rifles instead of AR's it would help Mlt Scrambler Rifle = smaller mag+ longer cooldown
Explosive splash damage shouldn't perma-kill Direct hits should.
Make armor plates have flat penalties, These plates are supposed to be made out of better material a flat 3% would be nice. To change all shields and armor would be even better But I like this more Detailed Idea more
Swarms should show up on a vehicle users mini-map and Vehicle minimaps need their sizes increased
Stuff that Balenced or Balenced enough Scrambler Rifles and Pistols, Mass Drivers(see explosive fix above), Sniper Rifles, SMG's, Flaylocks, Locuses, Fluxes, AV nades, Normal and Burst HMG's, FG's, Large Turrets, Small Missle Turrets
UP stuff and fixes Laser Rifles give them more range and they will have a good niche
Plasma Cannon Direct damage and lack of variants
Small Rail Turrets give them a higher ROF or direct damage
Small Blaster Turrets need a liitle more damage so they can out damage AR's
Dropships
Logi, give them the Damage Resistance of Logi Cars
Assault, give all spots on the dropship turrets gunships
Other Fixes Let Small Turrets be optional make repping turrets instead of a repper module for logi cars |

(but swarms had their glory even more time before) Once upon a time.... Large missile turrets on a shield tank could turn R1 into an iWin button. Oh, see balence is what is needed Vehicle users need to be able to deal AV better but still be vulnrable look at what is in bold |
