Im glad I wont have to deal with that crap anymore. The flaylock pistol and grenade that is. Deffinitly welcome changes to them I mean hell, people who used them didn't even like using them, so im glad all the people who put points into the FP will have wasted them. But in the meantime I would like to point something out.
1.3 was intended to be a SMALL (small) patch. Smaller then 1.2. This patch was supposed to let devs work on more long term aspects of the game that will hopefully all come full circle whenever 1.4 comes or some major patch down the line. So when people say "this wasn't what I expected" it just irks me because, what could have people expected??? Idk..... Anyway, 1.3, good job! and so I add to the list of threads that either say they love it or hate it. |

It's just part of the cycle. CCP gives us stuff, people whine for more stuff and demand it now, and we wait a bit for the next patch. |

I am neutral about 1.3.
Flaylock nerf is welcome, but not removing the contact nades is a bummer. So call it a wash.
There isn't anything else in there, so I don't see how I could be motivated to care one way or the other. |

I like the idea of making them like the AV grenades like they suggested, in that you have to actually stick them to a target to get a kill. |

Hey! I hated the contact nades just as much...... The fact that you get 1 instead of 2 feels like a cheap nerf to me. The only time I ever noticed them was when 1 was thrown at me...... not 2. So I don't see how ill notice it less now. Butttttt my secret hope is that people get discouraged to use them because of the supposed nerf, therefore I wont see them in pub matches at the very least.
However, my secret fear is that people just ramp up use of core locus grenades because I think there OP as well. |

My speccing into flaylock pistol will not be wasted, I use ASR, and flaylock, now I don't have to be ashamed to use the flaylock pistol. |

I hear what you're saying and it's completely rational. Unfortunately the patience of many has run out, and people need to vent.
I can't blame them, hell, i vent on certain topics. All in all, not a bad update. They nerfed what needed to be nerfed. +1
(speaking about the FLP + nades... the caldari suit is w/e to me) |
