Scouts are still crap, i hoped you might have done something to buff them in 1.03 and i was wrong...
Please consider us Scouts ,Heavies, commandos and people that want to play specially SUPPORT logi for your next patch.

Those roles are specialty support roles for very specific situations. At the moment DUST does not have game modes, maps, or mechanics that give reasons to use the roles. I mostly agree with your post, however, I do think that the scout role is highly under appreciated in this game... Countless times I have flanked a checkpoint unseen because of my speed, hacked that ***** and got my ass out of there before the enemy team even knew what hit them... Sometimes you can get 3-4 kills in the process (if they don't see you).

This is the definition of expectation. Haven't read your previous posts, but from the quality of this one I'm fairly confident in assuming you haven't started any feedback threads in relation to the scout. Might be a good idea to get your point of view across; suggest balanced, realistic and beneficial changes that will more accurately balance the suit instead of whining about how disappointed you are about an issue that hasn't received a significant amount of feedback or exposure. Do something :3
You must not read the boards much, there is constant talk about the scout suit issues. |

I see the occasional but it could hardly be said that there is an outcry from the community. Doesn't change my point though.
The "scout registry kill board" thread is all that is needed, every scout in the game is in that thread and making issues known... Multiple threads about the issue isn't going to resolve it any faster so your point is irrelevant. |

I don't need you to give me your feedback, what the hell am I going to do with it. I understood the purpose of this thread entirely, I don't need you to spell it out. You made it to whine like a little girl because your issues weren't addressed immediately, despite your apparent lack of positive contribution to solving the problem. The majority of this thread is scouts "checking in" to be listed as part of a registry and providing tips and tricks on how to play the class. Meaningful feedback would involve a detailed analysis of problems, their implications, suggestions for improvement and the projected impact of those suggestions. I've been through the majority of that thread, and while it is invaluable in terms of insights in to how the suit is used, it is hardly a comprehensive resource for adjustments.
The fact that the scout suit is already in line for a rebalance says enough, the issues are out there, widely known and have been discussed into oblivion since uprising, surprised you didn't see this. |
