Can anyone explain how the +2% efficacy to shield and armor modules, applies? ...from experience (or inside knowledge)?
If the basic recharger is +15% shield recharge rate, would lvl 5 in commando suit make it a) +25%? ...or b) +16.5% |

Just don't spec into it. The idea of giving a suit with the lowest module capacity in the game, a bonus to modules, is one more troll by CCP. |

Not even close!
Also, the commando bonus only takes about .75 seconds off of the longest reload after max skills.
Assault role bonus is like +6 HP/s additional shield regen Logistics role bonus is +5 HP/S
The gallente logi equipment bonus is basically a free 4th modules in fitting costs. The minmatar logi hacking bonus shaves off up to 5 seconds of hacking, meaning, you can get in and out before players respond. The amarr assault bonus is hard to calculate, but we could estimate it increases damage from lasers by at least 25%.
There is no way that about .75 faster reload or 29 extra HP = +25% damage bonus... |

Er... it's a 25% bonus to reload speed. For a class with two primary weapons. Seems legit to me. Don't think I'd go as far as saying the Amarr bonus is 25% damage but... w/e, lol @ commando. who even knows what stat that POS has at this point? it's a niche double-swarm class for use when people reach 35mil SP and have nothing better to max out. By which I mean... 50mil SP. |

its usually b, most things in eve are multiplicative when it comes to percentages. On the bright side every skill level is additive to that percent that gets multiplied though. |
