CCP has a way to nerf everything to the next level.

Ok, maybe very rarely it leads to buffing, but not to buffing what players wanted buffed. Example, you QQ that vehicles needs buff. Result: vehicles nerfed, AV buffed. Logic. But if you want to be an optimist, then by all means, be an optimist. :) EDIT: And it's always QQing that leads to nerfing. Never stating things. If one were to state: "Hey, this feature is working as intented! Yay!" nobody would pay any attention to him/her, not even CCP, but if one were to QQ: "Boohoo! This feature is working as intented!! SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE!! CCP PLEASE FIX!!!!" and there will be nerf. You can count on that.

Patch Notes Complete, YW You forgot a few things: Railgun splash removed so it cannot be used against infantry (as currently direct hits go through infantry so I would suspect it will still be like that in 1.4). All vehicles will show up on the radar for everyone anywhere on the map and icons will also be displayed through all obstacles, no matter what. And to make full use of that Swarms, Forges and Flaylocks gain the ability to fire through any obstacles (buildings, hills, containers, etc), even multiple ones if there is vehicle at the receiving end. Heat build-up will be doubled. Top small turret removed because it was able to cover the tank's rear. Module PG/CPU requirements doubled. Turret damage halved. That's pretty much all I think.
