Hello fellow Dust players ! You may not know me as this is my first post on the Dust 514 forums, so please don't be too hard on me if I break any rules at all. Now onto my suggestion.
As you may know, many players do not like to spend real life money on in game purchases, some don't have money, and some don't have a card to purchase things. What I'm about to say can potentially boost your customer satisfaction a lot.
What I'm trying to say is that you should add little objectives in Dust so that you can get small amounts of AU to players that complete an objective such as :
-Hack 5 Installation in one game : 50 AU -Kill 15 Enemies in one game : 75 AU -Destroy 3 LAV's in one game : 50 AU
Just some tiny little boosts that make the player want to complete the objectives and save up AU for whatever he wants on the Market. |

The payouts would have to be lower or the challenges would, like the SP cap, have to be a weekly occurrence. Like the idea though.
Now let's get rid of that nooby 0 and give you a +1 |

Yeah the AU reward could be a bit lowered and there could be restrictions
And thanks by the way |

I like the idea a lot but the rewards should be very small, because if you can save up 30 aurum for prototype rifle that only needs level 3, you've just got two weeks of grinding in one gun. Maybe the rewards could be 5 aurum across the board, complete six challenges and you have a prototype rifle to try out in battle.
Sound idea, numbers would be tweaked from what's been suggested even by myself.
Doubt it will happen though - welcome to the forums! |

Interesting idea to be able to earn a small amount of AUR per week with non-repeatable challenges. Other than that, no. Nothing repeatable, not more than 200 aur per week. |

Introducing any form of Aurum reward is a bad idea imo. The possible exploits of the system you are suggesting will make it unworkable.
Hack 5 installations leave match. Revive Kill someone 15 times leave match. Get my mate to Kill my BPO LAV 3 times, I kill his 3 times, leave match.
Introducing the "Real Money" Currency as a reward not good.

Like others said, they could add a cap for the AUR, make the rewards a lot smaller to like 5-10 AUR, and the challenges a bit bigger so they can save up money or use it to try out a suit before they buy it. :)
Oh and thanks for the feedback guys :)

If you could earn AUR in game then it would take away from the micro transactions CCP makes its money from.
As much as I would love 100-200 AUR a week to play with AUR items or save up for that 1 day booster. I just don't think it is a good idea. I purchase AUR not only for boosters which is really the only things I would ever spend AUR on, but to show my support for CCP and this game. I wouldn't want people just getting AUR and never contributing to this game's developers.
1 dollar a day means 20 days later you have a merc pack complete with Booster, BPOs & AUR. |

I agree. AUR is how the company makes the money to pay for the game. Giving AUR away in any fashion removes the income from the developers. If you want the AUR items you need to buy them, it's that simple. The game itself is already free to play which means all the non AUR content is the part you get for free. |

I like the idea; it of course needs some ironing out though.

Love the idea, but as others have said it needs limits and a weekly cap to prevent exploitation. CCP has already mentioned a possible challenge/reward system in the future, perhaps they could work some auron rewards in.

A damn good idea, it would give those thinking about AUR gear a chance to decide wether its worth it, one game I play in failbook does that in a way, not that it would work here, on that you get a token every 7 days you login, after 2 weeks you can make 20 premium credits for your character, doing that here would prob be a bad idea but challenges would be cool and inject a bit of life into the game |

First of aur funds dust so keep that in mind for everything relaterd to aur It should not be enough reward to cancel aur purchase but enough to make you want more Just that nibble of aur may convince someone to buy it but never give them enough where they don't have to buy it |
