I know about the broken speed penalty stacker but thatGÇÖs really not the point of my post. You are insulting armour tankers without thinking that not everyone has the same suit as you.
Gallente Assault has 3 high and 4 low at proto level, no inherent repping ability. Now tell me how to get over 1000 HP with only 3% movement penalty.

Until there is not a proper weapon customization system, damage mods should not exist, it's illogic that the same module, just add damage to every weapon, but there are a lot of illogic things in the game. |

thats your problem....why the hell does everything need to be a challenge? modifiers give you a damage bonus..but you have to sacrifice shield...theres your *challange* stop trying to make this game competitive... |
