source:http://community.eveonline.com/news/news-channels/world-news/cep-kk-call-for-heths-arrest/
Nonni GÇô Kaalakiota Corporation has been granted a State-wide corporate warrant by the Caldari Business Tribunal for Tibus Heth's arrest on charges of malfeasance, misappropriation and embezzlement. The Chief Executive Panel has similarly announced that Heth is wanted under Caldari basic law for the murder of Admiral Visera Yanala, terrorism, and political extremism stemming from his takeover of the Caldari Constructions Warehouse in Haatomo.
Heth is wanted by the Kaalakiota for the theft of vessels he used to conduct his takeover of the Caldari Constructions station in Haatomo, as well as embezzlement of corporate resources used to fund the Caldari Providence Directorate over the course of several years. The megacorporation was forced to auction off countless assets to remain solvent following disclosure of Heth's long-term misappropriations.
The Chief Executive Panel has announced that it prefers Heth to be returned alive for a proper trial before the Caldari Business Tribunal, but has acknowledged that GÇ£capturing the renegade alive may not be possible.GÇ¥

They do seem to be taking the time to get the most drama out of each hammer blow. This announcement was sort of inevitable, and it's hard to imagine that they would have hesitated to arrest him before if they'd had a chance. Still, I really have trouble objecting if it's the Templis Dragonaurs getting pummeled. |

Criminals need to be brought to justice. He's a mass murderer and held a population hostage. I hope he rots in a cell somewhere and the floor should have a foot of water standing on it. |

Um. Respectfully, templar, it appears more accurate to say that for you, nothing has changed: you follow the Empress's wishes, yes?
Things have likely changed with respect to her and, thus, the Empire's relations with the State, however-- for one thing, there is no longer any single ruler here. Your role may remain as it was, but that does not mean that changes that most directly affect your ally do not affect you. |

Um. I'm sorry, soldier, but where in all the worlds are you getting this?
Neither clone soldiers nor capsuleers can be prosecuted by any outside entity, in any empire, for breaches of trust committed against their employers. We're functionally sovereign entities unto ourselves.
Baseliners, however, are subject to the usual laws, and you'd best believe that the Caldari megacorporations do not like to be stolen from by their theoretically loyal employees. Hardly any corporation does. Kaalakiota is certainly no exception. |

I highly doubt the Empress would openly accept a known criminal into the empire knowing full well that I could and probably would sour all political relations with our close allies and partners.
I would not think we Amarrians are even likely to come into contact with Heth and the Templis Dragonaurs. However I agree with your sentiment. We do God's work at the bidding of our empress, our actions are vindicated in His service.
However I know a number of Caldari who are very interested in finding and securing Heth's current whereabouts for the Caldari Navy. |

A race who exploits the Children of God into taking up arms against our empire in fear of its power is not one worthy of criticising anyone let alone those who have been chosen by God to do his bidding.
For your information the Caldari megacorporations do business galaxy wide with any and all forms of corporations, much like Viziam and Carthum in the Empire, while they are supporting entities of any great empire they are not hesitant to do business when and where they see the need.
Ignorance is yours Gallentean it seems, like much of your people you understand little of the galaxy you inhabit.... I pity the Intaki for what you did to them. |

Thank you for your concern, soldier, but the Caldari didn't build an interstellar empire on corruption and graft. The State leadership is well-rewarded, but not quite so well that it constitutes theft.
There was a time when the Caldari people decided they were being taken advantage of, and it wasn't so very many years ago. It occasioned the rise of Tibus Heth, who, among his various other deeds for good or ill, reformed the corporate meritocracy.
The State was never a proper kleptocracy, soldier, and is less so now than it was before. It seems simple-minded MTAC pilots with a broad idealistic streaks to go with their deep reserves of hate can stumble into some good administrative decisions alongside all the trouble they cause. |
