Why not a triage nanohive, scanner, remote explosive, proximity mine, nanite injector, ammo/triage nanohive, or just a plain old nanohive?
If the repair tool was a requirement they would come standard on a logi suit.
Honest to god I wish they'd eliminate the logi suit for a month so people can see what it's like without all the equipment on the battlefield. It doesn't just fall from the sky.
My proto suit has 65,000 ISK worth of equipment on it, but no rep tool. I am #1 on the Leaderboard at least 50% of the matches I'm in. I pull in an orbital on my own on a regular basis. If that's not support I don't know what is.
If I can't fit my equipment on that suit because I'm unable to tank my suit well enough to survive then I won't run any equipment. I'll run some bottles and regulators with an EXO MD and run ZERO equipment. |

I don't want a respec either. I just don't like what this is about in principle.

These skills no longer appeal to me as a dedicated HMG / FG heavy who's aiming to get back into piloting.
I'm not sure how much SP that is, but it's literally dead weight.
The SP system does not evolve with you as a player, rather it limits you by forcing you to stick to old playstyles or to ignore the SP you harvested in the first place.
There is no consequence or weight to your decision past the level of boredom it may or may not instill in you.
But you just suck it up and grind on. There's a chance you might trick us and spec into FOTM. |
