the changes that affect 70% of the player base in Uprising 1.3 shouldn't be taken lightly. we have to show CCP that we mean business. |

you do realize it's not really a nerf right?
theyre giving us 25% to shield regulator efficiency.. which were OP already.. sure they're taking away 20 CPU. all your going to see is less and less ACTUAL caldari logis such as myself. |

Not going out and clearing out a point, hacking the objective, and THEN putting down ammo.
you shouldnt really say anything until you read the actual thread, because.. that's exactly what i do :P
im crying about my CPU, not the HP i could care less about 97 shields lol, whats that. 3 douvalle bullets? |

i kinda run proto CPU upgrades and am still taxed. like i said, all this means is i dont run my uplinks. which ALSO means ill be able to take off my PG upgrade and ass another regulator xD |
