First of all, this isn't a corp like any other. Due to technicality, it is a corp, but in reality, it is a school to help those want our help in developing critical skills and knowledge for all fields or developing pertinent skills and knowledge in a specific trade. Once you feel ready to move on, feel free to do so at any time. This school demands no commitment.
GOALS
The goal of BSoTT is to not only teach the newberries the basics of playing in an FPS, but also to guide them to a path they wish to follow (Explosives Expert out of Logistics, for example), and help them achieve that role. For every student that joins us, that's one less mercenary that crashes a dropship as soon as taking off. One less sniper that misses every shot. One less soldier that spends an entire match in a murder taxi. And one less soldier that maintains a KDR of 0.5.
Another goal of this corp is to relieve other corporations of the job of training. Corps should focus on battles, and the conquest of planets, rather than teaching their new recruits.
The Benefits
Official Students: Students will receive ISK to fund their trials to learn the trade of their choice. Students will also get on-field runs with our teachers who will also help you out in fittings, SP management, strategies, and "secrets of the trade". Students also will get exclusive access to the BSoTT Library.
Teachers: You'll get paid! You can also write your trade-specific help in the BSoTT Library and will get some bonus ISK. Payment is negotiable and occurs when a teacher asks and is in acceptable terms.
~All official members will be able to have a Letter of Recommendation sent to a corporation of their choosing if they pass an on-field test. Letters of Recommendation are our form of diplomas in essence.~
Out of Corp:
Students: We do accept out-of-corp students, but they'll lack the benefits of a true student. They'll be able to attend our school lectures but on field training preference will be given to official students. Out-of-corp students will also lack funding from our wallet, access to the BSoTT Library, and will not be granted letters of recommendation.
Assets: We do accept assistance from outside of our corp, in the forms of teaching, guest lectures, and in the future, funding. Payment can come in 2 kinds, ISK or sponsorship. Mail 'Artificer Ghost' OR 'Iron Delta' for details on sponsorship.
Hey, I Don't Need Training and Don't Want To Teach!
Well, lucky for you, BSoTT has a Lab Rats Division! All you need to do is test out new things, explore the bounds! We'll supply the ISK, you do the field work. We want to see what the Fastest HAV can do, how an LAV convoy would work, and other questions! So if you're not interested in training or teaching, we still could use you for field testing. BSoTT Lab Rats would then post their findings in the BSoTT Library.

Yea, we'd love to have you! I'll just need to run a quick match with you in-game to see if you're good for the job. Mostly because a Pilot is a VERY important asset to a corporation, and one of the primary classes we'll teach, because like said in the OP, this is a school dedicated not to the basics, but to help fill a specialization, and being a Pilot is a prime example of that, because it requires a large amount of SP, ISK, and whatnot. Also because it branches off from another role (Logistics can turn into a Demolitions just like Assault can turn into Pilot).
So yea, an in-game test, and then if I decide that you fit the job, we can discuss salary, and all that jazz.
