Simple enough: people complain about murder taxis. To fix, allow people to use these in their grenade slot:

It won't destroy the LAV, but will temporarily slow or disable it, making the driver into a bullseye. |

That's true, Sinboto, but what if you wanted to steal the vehicle? It wouldn't be of much use to you if it was blown to pieces. Using a spike strip can help you accomplish that after you fix the tires with a repair tool. |

spike strips imply the tires are filled with air which im gonna guess is highly unlikely....look at the kind of terrain lavs traverse now....
what you would want would be something like inertia dampners....
or even portable force fields like mini "walls" that would stop the lavs in their tracks... |
