So with such large changes coming to these suites, will CCP consider allowing SP reallocations? |

A technical issue is currently preventing us from authoring suit bonuses that alter equipment functionality. When this is solved weGÇÖll be giving Logistics suits the bonuses they need to make their role truly shine. Bonuses to the range and effectiveness of repair tools; to nanohive capacity and resupply rate and the like. These are the sorts of things that will make logistics players the invaluable squad support they ought to be."
I like this, this is the right direction.

Just glad they didn't do something extreme like limiting all logis to sidearms. In case if you guys haven't noticed, the Amarr got a much needed buff while the Gallente and Minmatar remained unchanged since they're actually balanced. Well, the Gallente could use some work, but that's an armor vs shields issue. |

Caladari assault will now procede to be the new end all suit in the game once again.
Respec was the result of a complete overhaul of the skill system; changes to suits do not warrant respecs. CCP doesn't do it in Eve and won't do it here, and to be honest they shouldn't. Live with your choices. |

took this long to balance something clearly OP and over used... wonder how long it'll take them to actually make armor a viable option.
Yesterday was too late...just saying.
Btw, Gallente could use more base PG. How could a class with so much low slots have so little PG is beyond me.
This "nerf" changes nothing really. So people will switch from cal logi to cal assault... and? Still is the best suit when armor sucks. They just made a suit slightly less effective. WHOO! |

no no the cal logi is still the best suit for what I do, however I say this for all the poor saps who went minmitar or gallante assault. While they did not get a direct nerf, this extreme buff to the calidari assault makes them in a word.... irrelevant. |

The buff to CalAssault makes sense to me because they are the ones who are supposed to be Assault. The logibro's are supposed to be support. But because of the extreme tanking abilities people were just fitting and running them as assault. With the removal of the suits extender buff and the incoming nerf to Flaylocks in 1.3 as well i'm all hard with excitement. |

I must say I am glad for the changes to my beloved Amarr logi suit. They were sorely needed as previously the proto was the only suit worth using, now the advanced will be worth using in pub matches at least. I don't think the 3 more PG brings there PG level up to the level of the other logi suits but is at least something |

26.4 extra hit points is the extreme buff that makes the Minmatar and Gallente assault irrelevant?

Minmatar is and remains a solid Assault suit and probably the top choice for shotgunners, pistoleers, swarmers, flayers and the odd person who runs dual Ishukone Assault SMGs for maximum dakka.
It's also +10% of 66 at max, of which 4 can be fitted but often only 3 are... so potentially 26.4hp but more often 19.8hp.
Beats 10% reload on hybrids so it's essentially a buff of some free health on a suit that doesn't need it. It's an aggravating change but it won't make CalAssaults significantly better than they were before. |

Before this buff the calidari logi I would agree with you for the SMG users, however Logi suits will remain the best suits for shotgunners due to the PG availability for those kenetic katalyzers.
the truth is while minmitar is the best suit for SMG users those suites will still be rediculously gimp when compared to the might that will be calidari assault.
I really don't mind the nerf to cal logi, it isn't that bad. But the buff to the caldari assault is just going to put us back at square one in one suit that rules them all. |

your math is wrong. its 16.5HP per shield extender, or up to 82.5HP buff |

I don't think you understand what the word 'extreme' means. your math is wrong. its 16.5HP per shield extender, or up to 82.5HP buff and actually thats without me knowing how to calculate how this skill stacks with the other passive shield skills. I belive my number is actually low balling it by a lot of HP. Ah, that's why you're thinking it's a gamechanger.
In the dev blog it lists it as +2% per level, not +5%.
As for the stacking with the Shield Extenders skill it's additive, not multiplicative. With both maxed it will be a flat +20%, it won't go (66*1.10)*1.10. |
